Frequently Asked Questions – Concierge Longevity Medicine

What is concierge longevity medicine?

Concierge longevity medicine is a proactive, personalized approach to healthcare that goes far beyond traditional primary care. We focus on extending health span, not just lifespan—optimizing your physical, cognitive, sexual, and metabolic health so you can look, feel, and perform your best for decades to come.

What makes Marshall’s approach different?

Our care model is:

Rooted in evidence and data: We utilize advanced biomarker testing, imaging, and diagnostics to deeply understand your biology.

Hospitality-driven: From 24/7 access to same-day appointments, our white-glove service redefines the healthcare experience.

Longevity-focused: We incorporate the latest in hormone optimization, preventative screenings, peptide therapies, biologics, and lifestyle medicine.

Comprehensively managed: We coordinate all care, including specialty referrals and advanced therapeutics, with oversight by Dr. Mullins and our team.

What is included in a longevity program?

Our programs typically include:

  • A comprehensive executive physical
  • Ongoing biomarker-driven assessments
  • Tailored plans for nutrition, fitness, hormones, and supplements
  • Access to peptide therapy, regenerative medicine, and performance optimization
  • Unlimited direct access to your medical team for urgent or complex needs

How often will I be seen?

Our members are seen more frequently than in traditional care models—with quarterly in-depth reviews, personalized touchpoints, and unlimited virtual or in-person visits as needed. Our goal is to monitor, refine, and optimize your health in real time.

Can I keep my regular doctor or specialist?

Yes. We frequently coordinate with specialists and PCPs, and many of our clients use us as their primary care while others retain a traditional PCP for insurance-based services. We serve as your trusted medical advisor, guiding your care at the highest level.

Do you prescribe hormones or peptides?

Yes—when appropriate. We follow evidence-based guidelines from leading endocrine and longevity medicine societies to optimize testosterone, thyroid, and other hormonal pathways. We also offer advanced peptide therapy to support metabolism, sleep, cognition, immune health, and cellular repair.

What kind of access do I get as a member?

Our concierge members receive:

  • 24/7 access via phone, text, or video
  • Same day or next-day appointments
  • Direct communication with Dr. Mullins and your clinical team
  • Rapid access to diagnostics, prescriptions, and referrals

Do you take insurance?

We are an out-of-network, membership-based practice, which allows us to provide longer visits, deeper evaluations, and truly personalized care. Some services may be reimbursable through your insurance, HSA, or FSA—we can help guide that process.

What are payment options?

Marshall offers paid in full discount. Other payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis. Patients maintain a credit card on file that is encrypted for maximal security.

We love these referrals as these referrals tend to be like minded, health conscious, results oriented men and women. Members receive a cash credit to be used for any of Marshall Services as a token of our appreciation.
