PRP – Platelet Rich Plasma

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is a natural, autologous treatment derived from your own blood. It contains a high concentration of platelets, which are rich in growth factors and signaling molecules that stimulate tissue repair, reduce inflammation, and promote collagen production.

PRP is a cornerstone of regenerative medicine and increasingly popular in aesthetics due to its ability to accelerate healing, reverse cellular aging, and enhance tissue function—all without synthetic drugs or foreign substances.

When injected into injured or aging tissue, PRP releases powerful growth factors such as:

• PDGF (Platelet-Derived Growth Factor) – stimulates cell growth and new blood vessel formation

• TGF-β (Transforming Growth Factor Beta) – modulates inflammation and collagen production

How PRP Is Prepared - (Not All PRP is Equal – In fact, the quality of the Platelet Rich Plasma Extract is highly variable between clinics offering the service. This high variability in results between clinics because of the variability of product and provider skill and experience).

A small amount of your blood is drawn in the office by the nursing staff (typically 10–60 mL).

The sample is spun in a high-speed centrifuge to separate the platelet-rich layer from red and white blood cells. Marshall utilizes the highest quality concentrating equipment available.

The concentrated PRP is extracted and re-injected or applied to targeted tissues with precision.

Depending on the indication, the PRP may be:

• Leukocyte-rich (LR-PRP): includes white blood cells—more inflammatory, used for tendon/ligament healing
• Leukocyte-poor (LP-PRP): filtered out—gentler, used in joints and aesthetics

We utilize PRP in Regenerative Medicine for joint pain relief, sports injuries, sexual health, aesthetics, and hair rejuvenation to:

Creska™ is derived from liposuction technology known to produce high cell viability from thoroughly screened donors and its intended use is for subcutaneous injection only where skin and fat naturally exist. Creska contains a high concentration of live, pure human derived cellular factors and proteins.

Creska™ is produced in the United States by an FDA registered lab that is also conducting multiple FDA approved clinical trials in the regenerative medicine industry.

Creska™ can be used anywhere where fat or skin naturally exists subcutaneously injected or applied topically.

Creska™ works as a stand-alone product or as a complement to many established PRP or other protocols.

How does Creska™ work?

Creska™ is derived from dermal adipose tissue that is classified as skin. Creska is a homologous Adipose Derived Allograft that behaves in the skin as it was naturally intended to perform. The intent is to aid in the repair, or replace damaged tissue reconstructs and replace skin tissue while supplementing natural functions. Creska™ is composed of the same cytokines and growth factors-including collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid, proteins, nano particles, extra cellular communication mechanisms, stem cells, and human derived cellular factors that exist in tissue to help repair defects where they may exist.

Creska™ as a stand-alone product or when offered as a complement to FDA Cleared PRP and PRFM Kit applications, or other autologous treatments should work in conjunction with a person’s own cell signaling and Platelet Derived Growth Factors while adding cushioning and support for tissue, energy storage in the form of lipids and structure of the dermis with the addition of younger cellular factors. It can be used for the repair of cosmetic defects in the skin, repair of injured skin due to surface wounds, as well as provide structural components that may assist in the development of tissue structure such as filling gaps in the skin structure and hair follicles.

Adipose Derived Stem Cells – Harvesting and Storage

Adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) are multipotent mesenchymal stem cells found within fat tissue. They have become a powerful tool in regenerative medicine due to their abundance, ease of access, and ability to support healing, reduce inflammation, and stimulate tissue repair.

Unlike bone marrow-derived stem cells, ADSCs can be harvested in higher quantities with less discomfort, making them a popular source for autologous (your own) cellular therapy.

Fat tissue is one of the richest sources of regenerative cells in the body, containing:

• Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs)
• Stromal vascular fraction (SVF) includes pericytes, endothelial progenitors, T-reg cells, and growth factors

Fat Collection via Mini-Liposuction

• A small area (commonly the abdomen, flanks, or thighs) is numbed with local anesthesia.
• A low-volume liposuction (usually 30–100 mL of fat) is performed using a cannula.
• This is typically done in-office with minimal discomfort and downtime.

Once collected, the adipose tissue is minimally manipulated and mechanically processed to be FDA compliant for homologous use.
