Marshall Medical Group is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly with our Founder & CEO in a fast-paced, high-performance healthcare organization.
This is not a traditional administrative role. We are looking for a highly organized, polished, discreet, and proactive professional who can function as an extension of the CEO—protecting his time, managing priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring that important initiatives continue moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex and rapidly changing calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities.
- Serve as a gatekeeper for the CEO’s time and attention.
- Coordinate communication and follow-up with physicians, executives, leadership, business partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, correspondence, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Track commitments, deadlines, projects, and action items to completion.
- Help organize both business and appropriate personal logistics that allow the CEO to remain focused on the highest-value activities.
- Handle highly confidential business, personnel, financial, and healthcare-related information with exceptional discretion.
- Anticipate problems before they become problems and bring solutions—not simply questions.

The right person is extraordinarily organized, emotionally intelligent, resourceful, calm under pressure, technologically proficient, and comfortable operating in an environment where priorities can change quickly.
Candidates should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and the confidence to interact professionally with senior executives and high-profile individuals.
Prior experience supporting a CEO, entrepreneur, physician executive, business owner, or other high-level executive is strongly preferred.
