Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our high-touch, low-volume practice. This role is ideal for a nurse who values relationship-based care, thrives in a slower-paced, patient-focused setting, and is excited to contribute to a small, collaborative clinical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with patient intake, assessments, and care coordination
Administer medications and perform phlebotomy as needed
Support providers during exams and procedures
Provide patient education and follow-up care instructions
Coordinate referrals, lab work, and diagnostics
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in EMR
Deliver exceptional patient service, including occasional home or telehealth support
Participate in practice improvement initiatives and team meetings
Qualifications:
Current RN license in KY (BSN preferred)
Minimum 2 years clinical experience (primary care, internal medicine, or hospital-based care preferred)
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
EMR proficiency (eClinicalWorks, Athena, ModMed or similar a plus)
A warm, professional demeanor and commitment to patient confidentiality
Concierge, private practice, or luxury service experience is a plus

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 32 per week
