Description
The Marshall Medical Group is Kentucky's premiere concierge medical facility. Dr. John Marshall Mullins and his team's mission is to eliminate barriers preventing patients from receiving life optimizing care and to change the way patients feel about their physician / patient relationship. The Patient Experience Team will care for patients in the entire Marshall Medical Group including Marshall Lifestyle Medicine, The Spa at Marshall, and MClub Fit clients. This is a concierge front desk position based off sales, hospitality, & premiere patient care.
PURPOSE:
We are looking for a motivated, outgoing individual to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a great customer care disposition, be team oriented, have high integrity and be a rapid learner with great communication skills and a sales oriented individual. 100% focus on patient care and hospitality.
THE PRACTICE:
Dr. Mullins started Marshall Lifestyle Medicine to promote a new way of thinking about healthcare. Lifestyle
Medicine involves the use of evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as the role of diet, physical activity,
sleep, stress management, interpersonal relationships and other lifestyle behaviors that affect, alter, prevent,
and potentially reverse age-related chronic disease. He is taking an expanded approach – promoting the role
of Hormones, Peptides, Lifestyle Medications, Aesthetic Products and Services, and Regenerative Medicine
Treatments to better promote living life optimally. His vision for the future of healthcare is one that is patient-first,
efficient, preventative, life enhancing and unbound by the old rules pertaining to health management

ABILITY TO COMMUTE/RELOCATE:
- Lexington, KY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE / SALES EXPERTISE (Preferred - not required):
- Concierge Primary Care (the practice / memberships)
- Pharmacuticals: Supplements, Lipotropics, Peptides, and Vitamins & other nutraceticals
- Med-Spa: Neurotoxins & Dermal Fillers, Aesthetics (services/memberships), CoolSculpting/CoolTone, and Medical-grade Skincare

STANDARD SHIFT:
- Day shift
- 8 hour shift
- Must be available Tuesday-Friday 8a-6p possible late nights on Wednesday’s until 7p
- Possible weekends based off an event. 1 Saturday a month may be required for few hours.
EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year
WORK SETTING:
- In-person
- Hamburg, Beaumont Centre, Georgetown (preferred rotation), Fortune Business Center (Call Center - preferred possible hybrid role)
