Position Overview:
The Fractional CMO will lead and execute high-impact marketing initiatives to position Marshall Medical Group as the national leader in longevity-focused concierge care. You’ll collaborate directly with the CEO and executive team to build a scalable marketing engine that drives new client acquisition, enhances brand authority, and supports bricks and mortar and virtual program growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
· Develop and oversee a cohesive multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with business goals
· Position Marshall Medical Group and Marshall Connect as category leaders in concierge longevity medicine
· Advise on brand architecture, messaging, and tone across all touchpoints
Lead Generation & Growth
· Design and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
· Optimize SEO, landing pages, and content strategy to increase qualified leads
· Track KPIs and adjust strategies based on analytics and ROI
Brand & Content Development
· Guide the creation of compelling content (blogs, lead magnets, email funnels, video, case studies)
· Oversee marketing assets including websites, social media, ad creative, and thought leadership
· Identify PR, podcast, and media opportunities to amplify physician brand and credibility
Team & Vendor Management
· Manage and align freelance creatives, digital agencies, and internal team members
· Define systems and workflows for marketing operations and reporting

Qualifications:
· 10+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on healthcare, wellness, luxury services, or professional services
· Proven success in demand generation, digital marketing, and brand positioning
· Deep understanding of customer journeys in private pay, healthcare or high-ticket services
· Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
· Experience working in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments
· Bonus: Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing, longevity or regenerative medicine, telehealth marketing, or executive coaching markets
